Set directly on the beachfront in the peaceful village of Zablaće, this expansive luxury retreat offers privacy while remaining just 10 km from the historic town of Šibenik. Spread across a 2,600 m² estate with 1,000 m² of living space, the property blends refined comfort with extensive wellness and entertainment amenities, creating an exceptional setting for a relaxing coastal stay.
The Space:
Arranged over three floors connected by both an elevator and an internal staircase, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with a fireplace, along with a laundry room, pantry, and guest toilet. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with four bathrooms en-suite and two shared.
The ground floor presents an open-plan layout alongside a spa and wellness area that includes an indoor heated pool, a modern gym, a jacuzzi for four people, a massage room, a bathroom and toilet, and a Finnish sauna. The basement is designed for leisure, offering a wine cellar and a recreation room equipped with billiards, table tennis, darts, a jukebox, bicycles, a fireplace, and a table.
On the first floor, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub opens onto a balcony. Three additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the same level.
An additional 70 m² apartment with a separate entrance includes two bedrooms—one double and one with twin beds—as well as an equipped kitchen with a dining table for four.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to both outdoor and indoor wellness facilities, including an infinity pool, a 24 m² indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, gym, and massage room. The property also offers a garage for three cars, private parking, and a buoy for mooring dinghies and speedboats.

Located in the quiet area of Zablaće, the property ensures peace and privacy while remaining close to regional attractions. The historic town of Šibenik is only a short drive away and is known for its preserved and newly renovated fortresses. Within a half-hour drive, guests can also visit the internationally renowned Krka and Kornati national parks.

Šibenik is approximately 10 km away and reachable within minutes by car, while two famous national parks are about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A security deposit of €2,000 applies.
