Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom ground floor flat in a beautiful Georgian building in Frenchay Village. Full of character, with antique wooden furniture throughout, a private garden and parking, this peaceful home is perfect for families, friends or business travellers.
SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT
The cosy living room has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, traditional log burner and a large desk, making it ideal for relaxing, working or studying. Guests must provide their own wood for the log burner.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets to make your stay easy and convenient. The dining area just off the kitchen has a dining table and doors leading directly out to the garden.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a super king-size bed and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. Ironing facilities are also provided.
THE GARDEN
Enjoy the private garden with a large patio and pergola - perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.

A dedicated private parking space is available for guests.
