Welcome to The Shore Club at Sunnyside, a freshly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat on a quiet street on the sought-after west end of Panama City Beach! Just a 5-minute walk to Beach Access 95 and the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf, this bright, coastal-chic getaway sleeps eight and is built around its showpiece: an oversized private (optionally heated) pool surrounded by sun loungers, fringed umbrellas, and a tropical mural made for vacation photos. There are no crowded elevators and no shared pool deck here, just a private, fenced backyard oasis for your group and a fleet of beach cruisers ready for you to take and explore the area. Want to make extra use of the fenced backyard? Bring your pups on vacation too! The Shore Club is pet-friendly for up to two dogs, with an additional pet fee.

LIVING AREA

Step inside to vaulted ceilings, crisp white walls reminiscent of a Greek seaside villa, and a light-filled open floor plan that brings the living, dining, and kitchen spaces together in one easy flow. Sink into the sofa or loveseat with seating for five, or claim one of the two plush bouclé swivel chairs and catch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper sofa, adding room for two more guests. Ceiling fans, woven textures, and soft coastal artwork keep the space breezy and relaxed after a long day in the sun.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whether you're making pancakes before the beach or cooking up fresh Gulf catch for dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has you covered with an electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, drip-style coffee maker, and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you'll need. Pull up one of the three woven barstools at the granite island for a quick bite, or gather the whole crew around the round glass dining table with seating for four. A glass door off the dining area opens right onto the pool deck, making it easy to take the party outside.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This property comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, with every bedroom on a single level.

Primary Bedroom: A king-size bed makes this the perfect retreat after a long beach day. An ensuite bathroom featuring a glass standing shower is just steps away. A flat-screen smart TV is mounted on the wall.

Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed, ideal for couples or friends. A flat-screen smart TV is mounted on the wall.

Bedroom 3: A full-size bed offers plenty of room for more of your crew. A flat-screen smart TV is mounted on the wall.

Living Room: A sleeper sofa provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

A second full bathroom is located in the hallway, featuring a bathtub/shower combination.

An outdoor shower by the pool lets everyone rinse off the sand before heading inside.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

Rest easy knowing that you have everything necessary to make your stay comfortable, including a full-size washer & dryer right in the property. Beach cruisers with baskets are ready and waiting for rides to the beach and around the neighborhood. Plus, travel light without packing toiletries; each guest is provided with a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash, and pods for the dishwasher and washing machine.

OUTDOOR AREAS & PRIVATE POOL

The backyard is where The Shore Club truly shines! Spend the day floating in the oversized private pool on the striped floating loungers, or stretch out on one of four cushioned chaise lounges beneath the fringed beach umbrellas. Challenge the kids to a game of pool basketball, swing in the hanging egg chair under the large cantilever umbrella, and fire up the provided gas grill for a poolside cookout. The fully fenced yard offers privacy, and when the sun goes down, soft landscape lighting and a glowing pool set the scene for evening swims under Panama City Beach's famous pink-and-purple sunsets.

PARKING

Enjoy free, private driveway parking for 2-4 vehicles (depending on size) right at the property, with no parking passes or shared lots to worry about. Please do not park on the grass, block neighboring driveways, or park in the street overnight.

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4 PM arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.
Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.
Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
Your safety is the utmost importance, so always follow beach flag warnings for a safe and enjoyable beach experience in Panama City Beach.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Up to two dogs can join you on your reservation with a pet fee of $130/dog.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
Pool heat is an optional add-on and must be requested in advance. During extreme cold snaps, the pool may not reach the desired temperature even when heated.
Beach cruisers are provided for guest use at your own risk. Helmets are not provided. Please return bikes to the garage after each ride.
We make every effort to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our properties. However, given the beach location, a small amount of sand and occasional dust on ceiling fans may be overlooked. If you notice any such issues, please inform us, and we will be glad to address them promptly.
There are two cameras on the property: mounted on the exterior of the garage, facing the driveway, and a doorbell camera facing outward from the front door. These devices are capable of monitoring audio and video. There are no cameras in the interior of the property or in the backyard.
