The home features inviting common areas, a full kitchen, beautiful porches, and a private courtyard, with a spiral staircase adding to its unique charm. Located in Charleston’s historic Radcliffeborough neighborhood, Bee & Blossom can comfortably accommodate up to 12 overnight guests across its 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Get ready for your day in one of the home's 6 private ensuite bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. A convenient half bath in the common area rounds out the space, making it easy to host and gather without missing a beat.

The living room offers a comfortable space to gather, with 2 couches and 2 small tables that are perfect for morning coffee, relaxing, or unwinding between outings. The adjacent full kitchen includes a dining table, making it easy to enjoy meals together during your stay.

It’s a great area for exploring Charleston on foot and enjoying the historic city's character.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Noise Notice:

This is a shared property with multiple guest rooms and common spaces; some noise transfer between rooms and from shared areas may occur.



✹ Please be advised that:

A local noise ordinance is in effect from approximately 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.



Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.



We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.



By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.

✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:



In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.



If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.



We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
