Inside, the two-level layout offers plenty of room to gather with a private lower-level guest suite featuring its own kitchen and living area, giving everyone an ideal balance of time together and space to unwind.



The Space:

The Water Lily makes the most of its natural setting, with water views woven throughout the home and comfortable gathering spaces across both levels. The main level brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining area with a decorative stone fireplace adding warmth and character. Three bedrooms are also located on the main level, while downstairs in the guest suite, a fourth bedroom joins a second kitchen and living area to create a private space with added flexibility for families and groups.



Outside, the covered deck overlooks the water with dining and rocking chairs for enjoying the view. Down by the pond, Adirondack seating surrounds the firepit for another place to gather, while the yard offers even more room to enjoy the property outdoors. From meals overlooking the water to evenings beside it, these spaces are a natural extension of the charming cottage home.
