The Space:
Suitable for up to 10 guests, the villa is arranged across three floors—basement, ground floor, and first floor—connected by internal stairs. The outdoor area features a heated infinity swimming pool, a spacious terrace with a sitting area, sun loungers, an open-air gym with an outdoor shower, and a dining area with a large table for ten.
The ground floor is designed as an open-plan space accessible from the terrace, offering a spacious living room, dining area, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. One master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access is also located on this level.
The first floor hosts four additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. This floor enjoys stunning sea views and, together with the villa’s full air-conditioning and amenities, creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a five-star hotel.
The basement includes a sauna available for guest use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the heated infinity pool, outdoor gym, sauna, terraces, dining areas, private parking, and all interior living spaces. Concierge support is available through the villa manager during daytime hours.

Included services feature tourist tax, Mediterranean breakfast, daily housekeeping with light cleaning and bed making, daily maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas, concierge services through the villa manager during daytime hours, private parking, bed linen and towel changes twice weekly or upon request, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and additional cleaning every seven days for longer stays.
