COMMUNITY APPLICATION AND LEASE
Per community rules, we can only lease the home for at least 30 nights or more. An application form and signed lease must be completed and submitted for the HOA’s review at least 20 days prior to the start of the lease.

A background check will also need to be conducted for all tenants 18 years of age or older. All tenants must be 25 years or older except for children or dependents of the tenants.

The non-refundable application fee is $150. Each tenant over 18 also needs to complete a background check which is around $30.

The application and background check fees will need to be paid separately from the rental fees for the property and are non-refundable.

SECURITY CAMERA
There is one outdoor security camera above the garage facing the front driveway. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras facing the house or backyard.
