Newly renovated and completed in September 2026, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point has been designed with comfort, quality and relaxation in mind.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a secure, well-maintained building with convenient elevator access. The style has a relaxed Mediterranean feel, with touches inspired by the simplicity and understated luxury of a yacht.

Ideally located just 5 minutes from the Sea Point Promenade, Virgin Active and Sea Point Stadium, you’ll also be close to some of Sea Point’s best restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday conveniences.

You’ll have your own dedicated garage, a fully equipped coffee station for your morning coffee, and a dedicated space to safely keep a special bottle of wine. The kitchen is fitted with quality Smeg appliances, adding a little extra luxury to your stay.

One of our favourite features is the living room. The large sliding windows open up to let in the fresh Cape Town air and offer beautiful views towards the mountain. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax with a glass of wine or simply take in the surroundings.

We want guests to feel like they are genuinely on holiday here, while still having all the comforts of home. For longer stays, we also include weekly cleaning by a senior member of our housekeeping team, helping to keep the apartment fresh and looked after throughout your stay.

Guest Verification

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The guest who makes the booking must be present for the full duration of the stay.

All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID or passport before check-in. The names on the IDs must match the names listed on the reservation.

SimpliRent may refuse access or cancel the booking without a refund if undeclared, unauthorised or third-party guests attempt to access or stay at the property.

Personal Information (POPIA)

By confirming your booking, you agree that SimpliRent may collect and securely store the personal information needed to manage your stay, in accordance with POPIA.

This may include:

- Full name and contact details
- ID or passport copy
- Booking and stay details
- Communication relating to your reservation

This information is used to:

- Verify guests and maintain security
- Meet building and legal requirements
- Manage your booking and communicate with you
- Provide and improve our services

SimpliRent takes reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only uses it for legitimate business purposes.

Where necessary, your information may be shared with SimpliRent’s affiliated companies, including Maison Lagrange, for booking administration, service delivery and related business purposes.

You may also receive relevant offers or travel-related communications from SimpliRent or its affiliated brands. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

Your information may also be shared where required by law or requested by a lawful authority.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available.

No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.

Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.

Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.

Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.

Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
