This two-story townhome at Lucaya Village Resort covers 1,300 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10: eight in the bedroom beds and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The King suite is on the ground floor with its own bathroom, which settles the trip for anyone travelling with grandparents or who would rather skip the stairs. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space, so breakfast and the plan for the day happen around the same table, with the full kitchen two steps away. Upstairs, a King bedroom and a bedroom with two Full beds share the second bathroom, and the washer and dryer inside the house mean you pack light and fly home with clean clothes. After the parks, the resort pool and spa are inside the community.

You have exclusive use of the entire townhome: the three bedrooms, both bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, washer and dryer, and the private entrance. There are two full bathrooms, one inside the ground-floor suite and one upstairs shared by the other two bedrooms; there is no half bathroom. The front door has a keypad lock and parking is outdoors, within the community. The shared areas of Lucaya Village Resort are open to you: pool with spa, fitness center, clubhouse, kids' playroom, sand volleyball and basketball courts, playground and picnic tables. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole townhome belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at, and check-out is at 10 am.

Lucaya Village Resort is in Kissimmee, just off US-192 on the Disney side of Orlando, with streets of two-story townhomes, lawns, oak trees and a pond with picnic tables. By car, Disney is 12 to 18 minutes away, Walmart 5 to 8, the Vineland outlets 12 to 18, Universal 22 to 30 and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 20 to 25 minutes.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and parking is outdoors, within the community. The resort sits just off US-192, one of the main roads in Kissimmee, which leads to the Disney park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
