Located on Delaware Avenue, 32A Delaware Avenue is a welcoming vacation rental situated just over one block from the beach and boardwalk.
This three-story home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The first floor features a spacious open living area that extends from the front of the home to the rear. A well-maintained kitchen is located toward the back of the home, with a dining area conveniently connecting the kitchen to the living room.
Upstairs, the second floor offers two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The third floor features an additional bedroom and full bathroom, providing added privacy and space for guests. The home also offers off-street parking for three vehicles. 32A Delaware Avenue is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
SPECIAL EVENTS: This property does not allow Special Events, including but not limited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, or group parties involving 4 or more unrelated guests. Tenant acknowledges that no Special Event will be held at the property. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of the lease, forfeiture of monies paid, and liability for any additional damages permitted by law.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $218.80.
