· Bedroom 3 · two 110cm beds, TV, spacious and with its own nearby bathroom. Perfect for children or two friends travelling together.
All bedrooms have individual air conditioning and television with Netflix.

🚿 Bathrooms
3 full bathrooms, all with shower. The master en suite features white marble finishes and a rainfall shower. The other two are equally well-equipped and looked after.

🍳 Kitchen
Fully equipped for those who actually want to cook. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large American fridge, Nespresso, kettle and everything you need to prepare anything from a slow breakfast to a dinner for six. Everything is in place so you don't have to think about a thing from the moment you arrive.

🛋️ Living room and common areas
A proper living room. Large, full of natural light, brick fireplace, L-shaped sofa, two black armchairs, solid wood coffee table and a smart TV with Netflix. The walls are covered in original paintings that give the space a character you won't find anywhere else. The entire flat has central air conditioning, so the temperature is always perfect whatever the time of year.
The highlight of the apartment is the glass-enclosed dining terrace overlooking the marina. Dining there, with sailboats in the background and the sound of the water, is one of those experiences you don't forget.

✨ Everything else
High-speed WiFi, central air conditioning throughout, washing machine with products included, dishwasher, safe, cot available on request. Nothing has been left to chance.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. The whole flat is yours — nothing shared with anyone.

Access to the building and the apartment is through electronic locks, allowing completely autonomous entry at any time of day or night. The apartment is on the first floor, up 18 steps with handrails on both sides. There is no lift.

The building has direct access to Benalmádena Marina. The seafront promenade, restaurants and the water are literally just around the corner.

The apartment has four private terraces: two spacious ones with sun loungers perfect for sunbathing, one glass-enclosed dining terrace overlooking the marina and one terrace off the master bedroom with direct views of the sailboats.
For those arriving by car, there is a paid parking just in front of the building, spacious and very convenient.

Check-in is completely self-sufficient. Before your arrival you'll receive everything you need directly in the app — step-by-step access instructions with photos, so arriving is easy and stress-free at any time of day.
