Designed to ensure independence and functionality, the accommodations range from the comfortable Lodges (22–24 square meters) to the more spacious brick Villini (35–40 square meters).

In this case, we offer a cozy, two-room brick Villino of approximately 35 square meters, located on the first floor and surrounded by greenery.

Equipped with air conditioning, it consists of: a functional living room with a flat-screen TV, two single beds, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer.

One bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer, and a furnished veranda with a table, chairs, and a clothesline.

Rates include:



- water and electricity usage, air conditioning, initial supply of bed and bath linens, final cleaning (except for cleaning the kitchenette and sorting recyclables); Wi-Fi access (in common areas), use of the pool (May 22–September 19; swim caps required) and the sun deck (subject to availability), use of sports facilities and common areas, kids’ club and entertainment (from mid-June to early September), one free parking space per unit



- beach service (from June 1 to September 19) including a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs for the “Villino Giannutri” and “Villino Giglio” room types



Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- tourist tax: to be paid in cash; mandatory according to municipal regulations; the amount may vary depending on the time of year

- security deposit, to be paid in cash, €100 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection of the apartment’s condition

- Cleaning the kitchenette and sorting recyclables are the guest’s responsibility; otherwise, a €50 surcharge will be charged
