Milekov Punt is a restored traditional wooden house in the Croatian
Zagorje, with two separate apartments, a wellness area and a large private
estate, 45 minutes by motorway from Zagreb. The whole property is rented to
one group at a time — no other guests, nothing shared.

Sleeping: 11 beds across 3 bedrooms and 2 open living areas, 3 bathrooms.
The ground floor has two bedrooms — one with its own bathroom — a large
kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a traditional tiled stove.
The upper floor is a separate apartment with its own living room, dining
area, kitchenette, wood-burning stove and a covered terrace looking out
over the hills.

Wellness: a heated swim spa that runs all year round, a Finnish barrel
sauna, an outdoor shower and a covered deck with loungers.

Outside: a large flat fenced lawn, a built-in barbecue, an orchard and a
covered pavilion with a table for twelve. Parking for six cars.

The house is set up for groups and celebrations — birthdays, family
gatherings, hen and stag weekends and company offsites. The entire estate
belongs to your group alone.

The kitchen, the pavilion and the barbecue are all yours to use. Outside
catering is welcome at no extra charge.
