- Bedroom 2: King bed, direct golf and ocean views, Sky TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bath with soaking tub, shower, and entry closet.
- Bedroom 3: 2 Full (Double) beds, Sky TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bath with soaking tub, shower, and entry closet.
- Bathrooms: 3 full en-suite bathrooms (each with a deep soaking tub) + 1 guest half-bath.
- Kitchen & Dining: Open-concept chef`s kitchen featuring a central island, panel-ready refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
- Outdoor Living: Private pool on the ground-floor terrace, covered outdoor living lounge, al fresco dining area, and a sun deck with 4 lounge chairs. A short 200-meter walk from the pool terrace takes you directly to the beach.

Punta Mita is a 1,500-acre gated community known for its beautiful beaches, world-class amenities, and the famous “Tail of the Whale” golf hole, located just 40 mins north of Puerto Vallarta Airport.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* No smoking allowed on this property.
* Use of tennis courts and Gym is subject to availability and access fee.
* Punta Mita is a growing community; hence some developments might be under construction. Please ask your Rental Agent about this.
* We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
* A one-night refundable security deposit will be charged at check-in. Alternatively, guests may opt to purchase damage protection insurance in lieu of the security deposit.
