Located on the fourth and top floor of a lovely residential block with a lift, this spacious 105 m² flat, classified 4 stars, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Its warm atmosphere is enhanced by a cathedral ceiling, a fireplace and two magnificent terraces: a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and a large table, facing south and offering an exceptional view of the Fare waterfall and the Grandes Rousses massif, and a cosy west-facing balcony, perfect for admiring the sunset.

Just 200 metres away on foot or by funicular from the ski lifts, local shops (bakery, delicatessen), the tourist office and the leisure centre (ice rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, toboggan run). In both summer and winter, enjoy direct access to the Grand Domaine de l’Alpe d’Huez as well as all the sports and leisure facilities in Vaujany.
