This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 6 guests with 4 beds and plenty of space to relax. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, high-speed Wi-Fi and a PlayStation for entertainment.
Outside, enjoy your own private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a screened-in lanai with an outdoor TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring South Florida.
Guests have private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, private pool, screened-in lanai and outdoor spaces.
Self check-in is available for an easy and convenient arrival.
We offer convenient self check-in and give our guests privacy throughout their stay, but we’re local and available if anything is needed. Our team is happy to help with questions, recommendations or anything that can make your stay more comfortable.
The home is located on a main road, so some normal traffic noise may be noticeable at times.
The private pool, outdoor areas and screened-in lanai are for registered guests only. Please be respectful of the home and surrounding neighborhood.
Pool and outdoor areas should always be used responsibly, and children must be supervised at all times.
No Diving in the pool
No Minors in the pool unless accompanied by an adult
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE 10 occupant maximum at any one time.
Fine of $2,000 for anyone Violating party/ occupant rule at the home.
2 Dog maximum must be approved prior
Early Check in and late check out are separate charges and must be approved
Pool Heat set no higher than 85 degrees, non compliance will result in fines of $200/day
One camera in the corner covering the front door another in the backyard covering most of the backyard area another in the corner covering the driveway. All are exterior and recording 24/7. Usually don’t get looked at unless there’s an incident. Tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate removal.
Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
