Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.

It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.



Guests have access to convenient community amenities, including laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, a pet play area, business center, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, picnic area, and dog park.

The unit features a bright, open layout with warm beige walls, crisp white trim, and natural wood flooring throughout the main living areas. Soft gray carpeting adds comfort to the bedrooms, while gray and charcoal bedding creates a relaxed look. Rich brown kitchen cabinetry and black appliances add contrast, complemented by black furnishings, light wood accents, and subtle touches of blue and gold.

**Pet Policy**

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.

**Maintenance Access**

* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.

**Occupants & Guest Policy**

* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home

**Mailbox Access**

* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

**Community Guidelines**

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
