The apartment is in a very central yet quiet location, between the main train station and Königsplatz, on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
Thanks to its excellent transportation connections—the subway is 50 meters away and the S-Bahn is accessible at the main train station (a 5-minute walk), the subway at Königsplatz, and the tram at the corner of Dachauerstraße and Karlstraße—combined with its central yet quiet location in downtown Munich—make it the ideal starting point for exploring the entire city (even on foot). The surrounding infrastructure is perfectly developed. Numerous shops for daily needs, restaurants, and cafés are just a few minutes away.

The apartment is located on a quiet street on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator—ideal for heavy luggage or longer stays.

It’s centrally located between the main train station and Königsplatz, both of which are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Königsplatz subway station is only about 50 meters away. Tram and S-Bahn connections are also in the immediate vicinity. This makes the apartment perfect for exploring all of Munich with ease.
It’s about 1,000 meters to Oktoberfest. It’s also about 1,000 meters to Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt.
The Munich Art District, featuring 18 museums and exhibition spaces as well as 20 galleries, is located in the immediate vicinity.
Check-in is contactless via a secure combination lock, so you can check in flexibly and independently starting at 3:00 p.m. You’ll receive all necessary access information well in advance of your arrival.
