The heart of Casita Serena is not inside but outside. A private interior courtyard connecting the kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor hot shower, dining table, sofa and a hammock for doing absolutely nothing. Surrounded by plants, open to the sky.

Stone walls, wooden ceiling, warm light. Double bed with extra pillows and blankets. Built-in clothing storage.

Dedicated workspace with ocean view. All rooms connect through the courtyard.



Bathroom with shower and WC.





LIVING ROOM
KITCHEN



Cosy living area with comfortable seating, books and reading materials. No TV by design.



Kitchen: Nespresso machine, electric hob, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, complete tableware and cookware.



Note: no oven in this casita. The kitchen is set up for simple, relaxed cooking.





SHARED SPACES



Heated plunge pool (2 m × 4 m, max depth 1.50 m) with ocean views. Available 08:30 to 22:00. Water temperature is maintained at 25°C from May to October and 22°C from November to April.



Shared with the other two houses on the finca only, with a maximum of 6 guests (adults only) across the whole property.



Covered garden porch with outdoor seating. Combined washer-dryer at the finca entrance.

Check-in is from 15:00 and entirely self-guided. We'll send you the lockbox code by message before arrival. On departure, please leave the keys in the lockbox by 11:00.

Santa Catalina is a small, quiet Canarian village in the municipality of La Guancha, tucked between green hills, banana plantations and the Atlantic. Not a tourist area, but an authentic village with a small grocery shop, a weekend farmers' market two minutes away, and friendly local neighbours.



Don't miss the 17th-century ermita a few steps from the casita — a rare and lovely detail of the old village.
