Hello everyone, we offer you a charming 24 m² house featuring a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 2 guests and has step-free access as well as a fan for your comfort. A washing machine is available for your use. You benefit from self check-in with an automatic system.



You can park your motorized or non-motorized two-wheelers in the annex garage; in any case, your vehicle will be parked on a fenced property. For smokers, an ashtray is provided; simply smoke under the house’s awning. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. We live on site in a separate unit and remain available if needed.



The house is located at the crossroads of three departments:

- Deux-Sèvres, to discover the countryside and its treasures like the Pressoir Valley 15 km away.

- Maine-et-Loire, with charming towns and villages, Saumur 30 km away, and the Loire levee for beautiful walks by the water.

- Vienne, with Center Parcs Bois aux Daims 26 km away and Futuroscope 74 km away.

Vendée is also nearby, with Puy du Fou 61 km away.



Please note that the accommodation has neither television nor Wi-Fi, for a peaceful stay.
