Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, hot water kettle, and Instant Pot. Please Note – Apartment Living

This unit is located in a residential apartment building. While the space is usually quiet and peaceful (as mentioned by most of our guests!), there is always a small chance of hearing sounds from nearby units every so often — again, not often at all — just part of apartment living!

It's very rare, but we always want to set the right expectations and appreciate your understanding!

COVID-19 SANITIZATION

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

NO PETS ALLOWED

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

This unit is part of a multi-apartment building. As with most residential buildings, some level of noise (such as footsteps, doors closing, or conversations) may be heard from neighboring units. If you are highly sensitive to sound, this may be something to consider before booking.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE

The unit is located on the first floor, but guests may need to use a couple of steps to access it, as there is no elevator in the building.

All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11 PM.

It is essential to review our house rules before booking.

It's Texas! Please keep all the doors shut so little critters won't make their way into the property, and keep the heat out.

For same-day, last-minute reservations, please note that the unit may not have been prioritized for immediate preparation, and check-in may be delayed. We kindly ask that you coordinate with the host to confirm your check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate you as promptly as possible.

Local Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions and no refunds.
