A welcoming 42m² apartment on the 5th and top floor, facing south. Very bright, it offers breathtaking views of the entire resort and the valley.
Located in the Les Balcons du Soleil 1 residence, 300m from the Mollaret chairlift and shops (mini-market, restaurants, sports shop, ski passes). The slopes are very close (200m), or you can take the free shuttle (right outside the building).
The Space:
Discover this spacious and welcoming one-bedroom apartment, ideally located on the 5th floor with elevator access.
Enjoy an unforgettable stay with:
- Balcony with panoramic views, table and chairs.
- Spacious living room with a dining area seating 6, a lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140x190cm), smart TV, books, and games for relaxing moments.
- Equipped kitchenette: electric stovetop, microwave/grill, dishwasher, and various appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Nespresso compatible, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, waffle maker, etc.).
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), reading lights, and a wardrobe.
- "Mountain corner" bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), storage space, and reading lights. This can be separated by two blackout curtains.
