THE SPACE
Set high on a Summerland hillside, this bright coastal home has sweeping 180° ocean views, relaxed interiors, and multiple indoor-outdoor spaces for enjoying the California coast.
The main house features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with large doors opening toward the ocean. The living room is comfortable and casual, with plenty of space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook and eat at home.
The main house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on a single level once you reach the entrance.
A separate lower-level studio suite is accessed through its own private exterior entrance and is not connected internally to the main house. The studio has ocean views, a private bathroom, and the home’s washer and dryer, making it a great option for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy.
One of the best features of the property is the outdoor space. Guests can enjoy two ocean-view decks, plus a private backyard with a barbecue, outdoor dining area, lounge seating, and lawn.
The home is designed to feel comfortable and easy to settle into, whether you’re spending the day at the beach, exploring Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara, or simply relaxing at home and watching the sunset over the Pacific.

A neighborhood walking path leads directly toward Summerland Beach and Lillie Avenue, making it possible to walk to the beach and town in approximately 5–10 minutes depending on pace.
Very close walking distance to Field + Fort, Porch, Godmothers, Dart Coffee, Rusty's Pizza, Botanik, The Well, Summerland Salon, the Nugget, Sacred Space and so much more!
Lookout Park is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive down Lillie ave. The park has beach access, restrooms, picnic tables, a playground for children, volleyball, bocce ball, ping pong tables, and a dog washing station. There are also 2 electric vehicle charges located there.

Once inside the main house, however, the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, and ocean-view deck are all on one level.
Guests with limited mobility may want to keep the exterior stairs in mind when booking.
