Set directly on the beachfront, just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea, the property offers stunning sea views, an outdoor swimming pool, and generous space for families or groups of friends. Renovated in 2019 to high standards, the villa is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 14 guests in seven en-suite bedrooms.
The Space:
The villa spans 445 square meters and is arranged across a souterrain, a ground floor with a mezzanine, and a first floor. The open-concept kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly into a spacious sunbathing area, creating a comfortable and inviting setting for shared moments. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and uninterrupted views of the sea.
In the souterrain, guests will find a laundry room, kitchenette, wine cellar, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, offering a high level of privacy and comfort. The mezzanine level features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another en-suite bedroom with two single beds and access to a charming terrace. This level also includes a roomy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a garage. The first floor is dedicated to four modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas, the swimming pool, sunbathing area, garage, and parking.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located directly on the beachfront, offering immediate access to the Adriatic Sea and uninterrupted sea views in a peaceful coastal setting.
Getting Around:
Parking is available at the property, including a garage.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €500 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager services, pool maintenance every seven days, baby cot and highchair, change of bed linen and towels every three days, basic daily housekeeping, pre-stocking service, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
