In the heart of the medieval village of Monforte d'Alba, among the Langhe hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stands La Casa della Fata: a carefully restored historic home, where every stone tells a story and every window opens onto one of the most fascinating landscapes in Piedmont.
This isn't simply a house to rent.

The exposed brick vaults, the lime walls in earthy tones, the ancient beams, the original stone and the furnishings chosen one by one create a warm, elegant and authentic atmosphere, far from ostentatious luxury and close to the beauty of real things.
Atmosphere lighting
Casa della Fata was designed with deliberately warm and soft lighting, designed to enhance the stones, materials, chiarossi and architectural details of the house. You will therefore not find intense “hotel” or technical room lighting, but light points designed to create a cozy and suggestive atmosphere. The stairs are illuminated with dedicated spotlights and the living room also has a TV with Ambilight.
La Casa della Fata accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms:

a bedroom with king size bed.


It has two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and toilet, the other with toilet and sink, made with natural materials and handmade details, a fully equipped kitchen and numerous spaces where you can slow down the pace and enjoy the silence of the Langhe.
The real privilege of the house are its outdoor spaces.
Two panoramic terraces and two private hanging gardens overlook the roofs of Monforte, the bell tower and the Barolo hills. They are authentic outdoor rooms, perfect for a breakfast in the sun, a lunch in the shade, a book in the afternoon or a glass of wine at sunset.
Here the weather seems to follow a different pace.
The village bells, the changing light on the vineyards, the scent of stone after a storm and the silence of summer evenings are as much a part of the experience as the house itself.
La Casa della Fata is the ideal place for those who want to experience the Langhe in an authentic way, surrounded by art, history, great wines and landscapes that change with the seasons.
