Residential, low-density suburban neighborhood with mature landscaping and nearby natural preserves. Major nearby attractions and landmarks within a short drive include Princess Place Preserve (outdoor recreation and historic lodge), Bulow Plantation Ruins/Historic State Park, and the Flagler Beach/Flagler Beaches coastline. Grocery, restaurants, and commercial services are concentrated along Palm Coast Parkway, Belle Terre Parkway and US-1 (a 5–15 minute drive depending on destination), endless trails and beach!

Driving is the primary and most convenient way to get around. The area is car-dependent but calm and easy to navigate by local streets. Flagler County offers a demand-response public transit service (Flagler County Public Transportation) rather than frequent fixed-route buses; rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) operate but availability can be more limited than in larger metro areas. Biking and walking are pleasant for short local trips and to nearby parks, but sidewalks and bike lanes vary by street. Taxis are available, and regional bus/coach services run from nearby larger towns.

Pool heating is included during your stay, however our temperature in the winter months is set to 84. If you would like pool warmer in wintertime we charge an additional $25 per night. Note to all of our guests if temperature drop to freezing temperatures (under 52) we will temporarily turn off pool heating to prevent equipment breakdown.

We have 2 walk-in closets in the master bedroom however only 1 closet is available for guests with lots of space for your clothes. The other closet is not available for guests.

Fiber Wi-Fi for all of our guests. Do not disconnect Wi-Fi.

Fur Babies are welcome; we have pet blanket available for covering sofa and furniture.

Two Exterior cameras are at our property; both are exterior facing front of the house.
