This 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse in Paradise Palms spreads 2,024 square feet across two floors and ends at a screened private pool that opens straight onto the lake, so the last hour of daylight is spent watching the water instead of a parking lot. A child safety fence goes up around the deck for families with small swimmers. Two of the five bedrooms were built for the kids: a Toy Story room where the bunk bed is a red wooden barn, and a Minions room with two Twin beds under backlit goggle murals, which settles the argument over who gets the fun room, because there are two of them. The other three bedrooms each have a King bed and a TV, and three of the four bathrooms serve a bedroom directly, so twelve people get ready in the morning without a queue. Downstairs the kitchen opens onto a dining table for six and a granite breakfast bar for four, the living room seats the whole group in front of a wall-mounted TV, and the washer and dryer mean you fly home with clean clothes. Paradise Palms is a gated resort community and this house sits directly across the street from the clubhouse, close enough that the kids can walk over while you finish getting ready. The resort pool has a waterfall and a hot tub beside it, and inside the Caribbean-style clubhouse there is a tiki bar, a restaurant, an arcade, a movie theater, a fitness center, a sauna and a business center. Outside you will find tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, mini-golf and a children's playground, all included in your stay.

Paradise Palms is a gated resort community in Kissimmee, just off West US-192, with a family-oriented Caribbean feel and controlled access. Walt Disney World is 10 to 15 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 22 to 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 28 to 35 minutes. A Walmart for groceries is 5 to 8 minutes away and Vineland Premium Outlets 15 to 22 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets line the 192 corridor in both directions.
The house is a few minutes from West US-192, which connects to I-4 and from there to the Disney parks, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet malls. Free parking is available on the premises for more than one vehicle. Rideshare and car rental services cover the whole area for guests who prefer not to drive.
