Guests can enjoy miles of hiking and biking trails, shaded natural areas, open green space, a disc golf course, river access, shaded playscape for kids and nearby Secret Beach. It’s a fantastic way to experience Austin’s outdoors without even leaving the neighborhood!

Guests have access to all of property with this dual house listing, minus owner's closet and storage closets

Fee to heat the pool: $300 per stay. No fee for hot tub, cold plunge, sauna or to use the unheated pool.

Pets are welcome! Unauthorized pets brought onto the property without disclosure when booking, however, will result in a $250 rule-violation fee in addition to standard pet fees and any damages or additional cleaning costs.

UNIT A: 4 bedrooms + 1 converted garage "bedroom" + 3 full baths. 1 master bedroom + ensuite master bathroom downstairs. Secondary queen bunk bedroom + full bathroom also downstairs.

*DOWNSTAIRS:*
-LIVING ROOM: 75" smart TV, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 sectional (that also pulls out as a queen). Note that both sleepers cannot be used at the same time.
-KITCHEN: fully equipped with both regular stainless steel cookware as well as regular steel pots for non-toxic cooking. Also equipped with oil, salt/pepper, a spice rack filled with common spices, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, and coffee beans + coffee grinder. Gas range, french door fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
-BEDROOM 1 - King bedroom + en suite bath (downstairs): king bed with 10" memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, nightstands, 55" smart tv, and electric fireplace + ceiling fan to help adjust temperature to your comfort level.
-GARAGE/GAME ROOM/GYM (heated/cooled with mini split): west elm queen sleeper (additional mattress pad located in master bedroom closet) is perfect for a teen or kid. Electric fireplace, infrared sauna, and cold plunge with 1/2 HP chiller will satisfy the pickiest of biohackers and fitness enthusiasts.
-BEDROOM 2 - Queen over Queen bunk bedroom with blackout curtains and privacy blinds. Connected bathroom that also is accessible from the living area. POPPIN branded commercial grade office furniture (sit-stand desk+ leather chair).

LIVING/DINING ROOM: West Elm Queen Sleeper Sofa and 60" Smart TV. Dining nook seating 4-6 that doubles as a great work from home corner desk nook. 3 more countertop stools near the kitchen area.
KITCHEN: Nespresso coffeemaker + Keurig coffee maker. Ceramic cookware for non-toxic cooking. Gas range.
