The main level opens into an island kitchen built for real cooking, a dining table for six, and a living room with a balcony off the back. Three bedrooms sleep six, each with a full bathroom of its own, and the primary adds a walk in closet. Central air, oak floors, and an attached two car garage.


Set on a quiet residential street in Echo Park, this townhome is new construction across three levels, with wide plank white oak floors, high ceilings, and enough separation between floors that six people can live here for a month without getting in each other`s way.

The main living level is where the day settles. A wide island in white oak and quartz anchors the kitchen, with seating for three, a Bosch induction cooktop, a built in oven and microwave drawer, a full size refrigerator, and marble backsplash running the length of the counter. This is a kitchen you can actually cook in night after night, with a knife block, cookware, a drip coffee maker and grinder, and cabinets that are properly stocked rather than token. Just off the island, a walnut dining table seats six under a woven pendant, and it doubles as a work surface during the day. The living room sits at the other end of the same open floor, grounded by a pair of deep green sofas, a leather armchair, and a velvet curtain wall that softens the room and darkens it when you want it dark. Sliding glass opens to a private balcony with a bistro table, which is where the morning coffee tends to end up. A powder room on this level keeps guests out of the bedrooms.

Above the living floor, two bedrooms sit at the top of the stairs, each with a bathroom of its own. The primary is the larger of the two, with a king bed, a walk in closet fitted with hanging rods and shelving that holds a month of clothes without effort, and an ensuite with a double vanity and a glass walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen, a closet, and a full bathroom with a shower and tub.

The third bedroom sits on the entry level with a queen, a closet, and a full bathroom of its own. On a longer stay that floor functions almost as a separate suite, which works well for two couples sharing, a family with an older kid, or anyone who keeps different hours than the rest of the house.

Central heating and air run throughout, and every bedroom has room darkening curtains. The attached two car tandem garage means parking is never a daily negotiation, and the home sits behind a gated walkway, quiet and residential, off the street.


Guests will have access to the entire home, including the balcony and the attached garage. The property is part of a small gated complex with a shared walkway to the front door. There will be no one else in the home during your stay.

Echo Park is one of the most walkable and most distinct neighborhoods in Los Angeles, and it holds up well over a longer stay. Sunset Boulevard is minutes away, with coffee shops, wine bars, record stores, markets, and some of the best casual dining in the city. Echo Park Lake, with its paddle boats and lotus beds, is close enough for a regular morning walk. Dodger Stadium and Elysian Park sit just to the north, Silver Lake is to the west, and Downtown Los Angeles is roughly ten minutes out. The street itself is quiet and residential, set back from the main corridors.


Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

This part of the east side is more walkable than most of Los Angeles, and the home includes an attached two car garage, so parking is covered.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10 day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check out.

Please note that this is a non smoking property. Any violation of the no smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility usage is included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
