Great location, and the reserved street parking spot was really key. Good communication, and easy entry/exit using the keypads. Some areas for improvement: There's some noise leakage from upstairs in the mornings (news radio? loud TV?); the water in the shower never gets very hot; and the touchscreen thermostat only lists "upstairs" as an option, which made us wonder how we could adjust the temp downstairs (where the apartment is). But overall, it's a good 1BR apt in a very convenient and fun part of the city.
