A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Open-plan chalet, fully equipped to feel at home.
Located in a neighborhood with a unique character, surrounded by nature with a private 4-season hot tub.
Perfect for getting together with family or friends and enjoying nature and the Eastern Townships.
You'll appreciate the quick and easy access from this accommodation to Mont Orford (skiing, hiking, etc.), the golf course, water activities and vineyards.
Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, bright space, warm atmosphere and comfort.
We're waiting!
The space
We have an open plan first floor except for the office/games room.
You have a view of the outdoor courtyard no matter where you are.
You will therefore have a view of the fire pit, terrace and hot tub almost at all times from the inside.
The large windows overlooking the stairwell are tinted, which makes it easier to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house.
The ceramic keeps the temperature cool during the summer, and the underfloor heating makes everything very comfortable during the cold season.
The second floor is open to the first, allowing light to flow through.
Our chalet has no basement.
Only one room is not accessible to tenants; it is a small storage room reserved for the owners.
Guest access
The entire property is available for your use.
Thank you for taking great care of our little nest!
Other things to note
A small amount of wood is provided, enough for a fire.
You will easily find them along the surrounding roads or in shops.
