Perched on climbable gradual cliff, this 9-acre piece of heaven provides hearty access to warm swimmable water. A great spo for privacy and peace. Great vistas of the ocean from almost every room, a multi-level deck with patio furniture and grill, and a sprawling lawn make this cottage an ideal getaway with abundant possibilities for family festivities. Nearby attractions include beaches, lighthouses, a buffalo park, hiking and biking trails, ferry to Nova Scotia, family restaurants, winery and roads that provide a constantly changing series spectacular landscapes. The nearby visitor center will multiply your possibilities.

The space
This window lined cottage stretches along the waterfront with access to a long wide deck from the large three-season room, kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The three-season room is screened in on three sides and combines a lounge area with a dining area, perfect for family gatherings where ocean breezes float your cares away.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a small eating area and opens to a living room, which both command great views as well as vibrant colors over the water at sunrise and sunset.

The two-level master bedroom provides the same view and immediate access to the deck. Sliding glass & screen doors in the living room and master bedroom allow you to let the sun and breeze pour in while you sip your morning coffee. It includes a large screen television and Yamaha keyboard. There are also books and games that you are free to use as well.

The bathroom provides a shower, washer and drier, two sinks and a jacuzzi. The cozy second bedroom next door has a large chest of draws, ample closet space and a queen bed.

Pets may sometimes be allowed with prior approval and a $50 pet fee for the length of your stay.

The Area
Some other nearby attractions are Elmira Railway Provincial Museum, the Fisheries Museum, two golf courses, beachfront horseback tours, spa, the famous white Singing Sand of Basin Head Beach, Roma Three Rivers Historic Village and Greenwich Beach National Park.

Murray Harbor is a five-minute drive and offers a small grocery store and a family restaurant a harbor view. Montague is 15-minute drive with large grocery stores, hardware stores, many restaurants, a community center with a pool and gym, community concerts, and harbor cruises, and historic sites. Charlottetown is 50 minutes away where you’ll find theatre, fine dining, big-box shopping, farmers markets, and boutiques.
