Welcome to Villa Menendiz.
The name of this house is rooted in the very history of Apúlia. Villa Menendiz was an ancient settlement of Roman origin that once existed on this land, in the Ramalha area, forever linking its name to Apúlia’s earliest roots.
Centuries later, we wanted to revive that name for a home that also holds a very special story of its own: it was our paternal grandparents’ house and is now reborn, lovingly restored, to welcome new stories and new memories. It preserves the memory of times past while taking on a new life, now open to all who arrive to discover and enjoy Apúlia.
As such, Villa Menendiz is a meeting point between past and present—between the history of Apúlia and the history of our family.
We hope you find more than just a house here: a place of rest, connection, and fond memories, just like the ones this home has held for so many generations.
