A proposito di questa bungalow struttura in affitto
Up top, a covered lounge wraps around the hot tub, with an outdoor TV alongside for movie night; sink in with a drink while the treetops turn pink at dusk. Beside it sits the outdoor kitchen , a Blaze grill, bar seating for eight, and a clever hydraulic window that lifts open from the indoor kitchen so drinks and plates pass straight through to the deck. A few steps down, the middle level is pure play: two hanging cocoon chairs to disappear into, corn hole, a putting green, and a stainless slide the kids can ride down to the level below. At the bottom, a flagstone fire-pit circle seats eight beneath the pines, built for s'mores and long conversations after dark.
Inside, cathedral ceilings and timber beams soar over the great room, anchored by a dramatic double-sided marble fireplace and a wall of windows that pulls the forest right in. The open kitchen is made for a crowd, with an eight-burner range, quartz island, and seating for twelve between the table and bar.
Three king suites each have a private ensuite. The primary is a retreat unto itself: a gas fireplace, a soaking tub set at a forest-view window, a glass walk-in shower, and its own cedar dry sauna. Downstairs, the game-room bunk room sleeps the younger crew in four built-in queen bunks plus two trundles, with a leather sectional, foosball, an arcade machine, board games, and a video-game wall for slow afternoons.

The Timberline sits high on a private ridge in Hochatown, the wooded heart of the Broken Bow area in southeast Oklahoma, where the Ouachita foothills roll out in every direction. You're tucked away in the pines, yet everything that makes this a bucket-list getaway is a short drive down the hill.
Broken Bow Lake , about 10 minutes. Crystal-clear water for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and some of the best bass fishing in the state.
Beavers Bend State Park , about 10 minutes. Hiking trails, the Mountain Fork River, cypress-lined banks, and lazy river floats in summer.
Mountain Fork Brewery , about 8 minutes. Wood-fired pizza and craft beer at the area's favorite gathering spot.
Grateful Head Pizza & Girls Gone Wine, about 8 minutes. Local slices and an Oklahoma winery tasting room, side by side.
Hochatown "strip." 5 to 10 minutes. Sasquatch's Candy Den, Local 259 Market, The Maze, and a growing lineup of restaurants and shops.
Cedar Creek Golf Course, about 15 minutes. A scenic 18 holes inside the state park (and you've got a putting green at home to warm up on).
Trout fishing & ziplines, about 10 minutes. The lower Mountain Fork is stocked with rainbow trout year-round, with adventure outfitters nearby.
Remote enough to truly unplug, close enough that a brewery dinner or a morning on the lake is never far off, the best of both worlds.
The Timberline was built for gatherings, here's who feels most at home:
Multi-family reunions & friend groups - Three king suites plus a bunk room mean every couple gets their own space and the kids get their own wing, cook for the crew in the chef's kitchen and let the night drift from hot tub to fire pit.
Milestone celebrations- Birthdays, anniversaries, and group getaways, the sauna, hot tub, and fire-pit deck turn an ordinary trip into the one everyone talks about for years.
Families with kids - The deck slide, putting green, corn hole, and video-game wall keep every age busy, and the built-in bunk room is a sleepover waiting to happen.
Couples inside a bigger group - Slip away to the primary suite , a private sauna, a soaking tub at the treetop window, and a fireplace of your own while the party carries on elsewhere.
Outdoor lovers - Lake mornings, hikes in Beavers Bend, and afternoons on the putting green before dinner on the deck.
Your private keypad code is ready for your 4:00 PM checkin, and the entire cabin is yours — every deck, the game room, the hot tub — until 10:00 AM checkout.
No keys to swap, no host to coordinate with. One heads-up: the cabin is built into a wooded hillside and connects by stairs between levels, so it's best for guests comfortable on steps.
Parking is free and right at the cabin, with room for several vehicles in the driveway. The drive up is paved the whole way — no gravel and no four-wheel-drive needed, and a regular sedan handles it fine — but it is genuinely steep, so take that last stretch slow.
We want your stay at The Timberline to feel effortless from the moment you book. Before your arrival, you’ll receive everything you need for an easy self check-in, along with helpful information for your stay.

Simple things to keep The Timberline a great place to stay for everyone:
• Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM;
quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• This is a smoke/vape-free home, inside and out. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 deep cleaning/odor remediation fee.
• The use of candles or any open flame inside the home or on the front or rear decks are strictly prohibited.
• No parties or events, please — but your full group of up to 16 including children is welcome.
• Important Refrigerator Tip
The kitchen features an extra large-capacity Viking refrigerator. Because of its size, please keep the following in mind when stocking it at the beginning of your stay:
Adding a large amount of room-temperature groceries at once can temporarily raise the interior temperature.
After a large grocery load, it may take several hours for the refrigerator and newly added items to fully cool.
Please avoid tightly packing items against the interior air vents so cold air can circulate properly.
Try to limit opening the doors frequently during the first few hours after stocking.
The refrigerator should be set to approximately 38°F and maintain a food-safe temperature of 40°F or below.
Helpful tip: If you're bringing a large amount of groceries, placing already-chilled items in the refrigerator whenever possible will help it cool everything more quickly.
• The Timberline is proudly maintained as a pet-free, allergy-conscious property. No pets are permitted in the home or anywhere on the premises.
• Supervise kids on the slide, in the hot tub, and at the fire pit; check the burn-ban before any fire.
• Exterior cameras cover the entrances only, never inside.
