Located along the famous Hay St strip, close to WACA, Optus stadium, Perth mint and our beautiful foreshore with the free CAT buses right at your door step. Main bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 singles that can be pushed together to become a king. There is a convenience store around the corner for your last minute necessities and a Cafe across the road too!

Important Information
Air conditioning: The apartment has air conditioning in the living room only. Pedestal fans are provided in the bedrooms.
Access: The apartment is located on the top floor. While there is an elevator, guests will need to use one flight of stairs after exiting the elevator to reach the apartment.

Getting Around
Our apartment is perfectly positioned for you to experience Perth like a local. With free city buses right on your doorstep and major train lines just a stroll away, getting around is effortless.

The Free CAT Buses (Central Area Transit)
Perth’s famous free CAT buses stop just moments from the front door. These high-frequency buses run every few minutes and are completely free to use:

Red CAT: The stop is practically on your doorstep on Hay Street. This route runs East-West, taking you directly into the heart of the shopping malls, the Perth Underground station, and toward West Perth.

Yellow CAT: Just a short walk over to Wellington Street, the Yellow CAT is perfect for reaching Claisebrook Cove or the northern side of the CBD.

Free Transit Zone (FTZ)
In addition to the CAT buses, any Transperth bus within the city boundaries is free to hop on and off. You won’t need to tap a card or pay a fare as long as you stay within the city zone.

By Train
McIver & Claisebrook Stations: Both stations are within a 5–10 minute walk. From here, you can catch a train to any corner of Perth, including the historic port of Fremantle, the northern beaches, or the Swan Valley wine region.

On Foot & Lifestyle
Walkable Gems: You are a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Claisebrook Cove waterfront, where you’ll find Mediterranean-style cafes and bars overlooking the water.

Optus Stadium: For sports or concerts, you can take a scenic 20-minute stroll across the Matagarup Bridge directly to the stadium.

Queens Gardens: Located just a few blocks away, these historic gardens are perfect for a quiet morning walk.

Cycling & Riverside Paths
The Swan River foreshore is just a few hundred meters away. You can easily access the dedicated cycling and walking paths that loop around the entire river, offering some of the best skyline views in the city.

The apartment entrance has 18 steps one floor up.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to complete our pre-arrival checks.

Before check-in, you’ll be required to complete a quick identity verification by uploading your licence or passport. This step ensures security for the property owner, giving them confidence that you are who you say you are—similar to standard hotel check-in procedures.

Credit card and processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Portable cot with clean linens (pls advise you will be using it and pls put cot sheets and linens in wash before check out, thank you)

Secured parking, lift access to your apartment level, pool and gym, washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and free WiFi.

Please note a longstay cleaning fee of $250 is applied instead of the standard fee for stays longer than 14 days.
Early check in/late check out: Subject to availability and may incur fee.

TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR
There is a highchair and standard size port-a-cot available for your use. Clean linen is available in the wardrobe. As we don't charge extra for this, please help us and put used cot sheets in the washing machine and start a cycle before you check out.
