In the heart of the village of Villard-de-Lans, this warm/cozy and modern apartment has been freshly renovated in a historic family bakery. Located on a quiet street, on the ground floor of a small condominium, this apartment comprises:
- An entrance hall with ample built-in storage,
- A double living area with a corner sofa and a sofa bed (140cm),
- A pellet stove for added warmth (primary heating + supplementary electric radiators),
- A study area,
- A large open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto a south-facing terrace,
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage,
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage,
- A shower room with shower and toilet,
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and freezer,
- A separate toilet,
- A lovely furnished terrace
For added convenience: a storage area is available for your bicycles, skis, and other belongings! as well as baby/child accessories (travel cot, high chair, sled, games, small table and chairs).
No on-site parking is available, but drop-off is permitted (for groceries, ski equipment, suitcases, etc.). A free public car park (Les Bessonnets) is a 2-minute walk away.
All shops are within a few minutes' walk (organic bakery 1 min, mini-market and newsagent 2 min, post office 3 min, pharmacy 5 min, numerous bars and restaurants nearby).
Pets are allowed (if clean and non-destructive) - Please inform the agency when booking.
