There's a rhythm to a beach morning — coffee in hand, gulls overhead, the promise of white sand just a short stroll away — and The Cove B104 puts you right in the middle of it. Fresh from a renovation, this bright, breezy one-bedroom condo has been thoughtfully furnished with every comfort you need for an effortless getaway.

At just 500 square feet, everything is exactly where you need it and nothing is more than a few steps away. The living area is made for slow, sandy-footed afternoons: a comfortable queen sofa sleeper anchors the room, doubling as sleeping quarters for two of your four guests and the perfect spot to sprawl with a movie after a day in the sun.
The kitchen is where the renovation really shows. Gleaming quartz countertops set the stage, and a full suite of upgraded appliances makes everything easy — brewing the first pot of morning coffee, blending a post-beach smoothie, or assembling a cooler of sandwiches before you head for the shoreline.

When the day winds down, the bedroom offers a plush queen bed and the kind of quiet sleep that salt air seems to hand out for free. The bathroom keeps things happily kid-friendly with a tub/shower combo — rinsing off the day's sand is a breeze, and little beachgoers get a proper bedtime bath instead of a rushed shower. Best of all, a private washer and dryer right in the unit means you can pack half as much; salty towels and sandy swimsuits are never a problem here.

Between beach days, the shared pool is waiting for a lazy afternoon float, and the shared charcoal grill invites the whole crew over for burgers at golden hour.

And then there's the reason you came: that beautiful white sand. The 6th Avenue public beach access is a short walk from your door. Bringing the boat? A convenient shallow-water launch sits just west of the property, with additional parking for your boat and trailer.

Small enough to feel cozy, renovated to feel brand new, and close enough to the sand to taste the salt air — The Cove B104 is ready when you are. Book your beach days before somebody else does.
