2. Left-hand side

-Bedrooms 4 and 5 have the same layout and have been designed as genuine small, independent suites.
Each comprises:
a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a dressing room,
an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double-basin unit and a heated towel rail, and a separate toilet.
The bathroom is semi-open to the bedroom: it is separated from the sleeping area by a partition but does not have a door.

Please note: the layout of rooms 4 and 5 offers a ‘small studio’ feel, which is particularly appreciated by couples seeking greater privacy when staying with others.

🌿 The garden’s real asset: its tranquillity. Despite its prime location right in the centre of Dinard, Eden Verde boasts a particularly peaceful and unspoilt outdoor area, offering a pleasant sense of privacy.

The house is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting.

Located right in the town centre, you can explore the seaside resort without having to use your car. The famous Écluse beach and the Barrière casino are less than 500 metres away. You can access the Clair de Lune walk (GR34) directly from L’Écluse beach.

The market halls are less than 100 metres away. Dinard market is one of the largest and most renowned in the region. The market halls are open all year round in the mornings, and the market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities during your stay: water sports, walks along the GR34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries, and enjoying the “Dinard Golf Club” – actually situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, which is one of the most beautiful golf courses in France and less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:

If you choose to come by car, Eden Verde has a private garage with direct access from the house.

The garage is secured by a motorised door and can accommodate up to two vehicles, depending on their size.
