The main level has a mini-split providing heating and A/C. The lower level is heated by electric wall heaters, with plug-in space heaters provided in areas without a wall heater. A/C is available on the main level only, while the basement naturally stays cooler during the warmer months.

Kitchen, bath and laundry essentials are provided to help you settle in, along with coffee and tea. The washer and dryer are available for guest use.

🔥 HEATING
A mini-split provides heat on the main level. Most lower-level spaces have electric wall heaters. The back king bedroom and half bathroom do not have built-in heaters; plug-in space heaters are provided in these areas.

❄️ A/C
The home does not have central air conditioning. The main-level mini-split provides A/C, while the basement naturally stays cooler during warmer months.
