Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living and dining areas, and private backyard with hot tub, firepit, and BBQ.



Parking: The property includes two reserved parking spaces—one inside the garage and one in the driveway. We also provide one additional parking permit. Please keep in mind that street parking can be difficult to find during Capitola's busy summer months and popular events.

For adventures beyond Capitola, having a vehicle makes it easy to visit Pleasure Point, downtown Santa Cruz, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.



Parking is a huge bonus at this property! With two reserved spaces and an additional parking permit, you'll have more flexibility than many visitors staying in the Village. Keep in mind that public parking can be limited during the summer and on busy weekends.

-We have security cameras that monitor the perimeter of the property, including the backyard and hot tub area.

- Pet Friendly- Additional pet fees will apply. Please get prior approval from beachnest before booking your stay.

-Routine Property Maintenance: We have weekly landscaping, pest control, hot tub servicing, and other routine property maintenance scheduled throughout the week. You may see or hear our service professionals during your stay, as they have access to the backyard and may let themselves in to complete their scheduled work. Please let us know prior to booking if this will be an issue during your stay. No action is needed on your part, and we appreciate your understanding as we keep the property in great condition for your enjoyment!
