Nestled right on Elk Avenue, this charming 864 sq. ft. home puts you at the heart of one of Colorado`s most beloved mountain towns — without the noise of being in the thick of it. Whether you`re here to ski, hike, mountain bike, or simply soak in the magic of the Gunnison Valley, this little basecamp has everything you need to do it right.
The Space This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ideal for couples or small families. It`s thoughtfully set up and comfortable — not a cookie-cutter rental, but a real home with real character. The full kitchen comes stocked with a fridge, oven/stovetop, microwave, and a coffee maker (with coffee provided), so mornings are taken care of. In-unit laundry means you can pack lighter and stay longer. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the mountain air after a long day of adventure.
Getting Around The local and valley-wide bus routes are just a 5-minute walk away, making car-free exploring totally doable. The shops, restaurants, and galleries that line the main strip of Crested Butte are right there at the bus stops — close enough to walk to everything, far enough to actually sleep at night.
Parking & Storage The attached garage is great for a compact car, bikes, or gear storage. The large private driveway fits 2–3 additional vehicles, and street parking is available as well.
