Welcome to your beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation home located at Windsor Island Resort in Davenport, Florida.

With room for up to 10 guests, this home combines comfort, privacy, and fun all in one place. It features a private pool, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and themed bedrooms that make the stay even more special, especially for families traveling with children.

After a fun-filled day at the parks, there is nothing better than coming back to your own private pool, relaxing in the living room, and enjoying some quality family time.

The bedroom layout was designed to provide comfort for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a King bed, while bedrooms two and three each have a Queen bed. Bedrooms four and five are among the home’s biggest highlights: one features a Toy Story theme, while the other is inspired by Mickey Mouse.

Each of these themed bedrooms has two Twin beds, creating fun and comfortable spaces for children while completing the home’s sleeping capacity of up to 10 guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, including the private pool, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other private areas of the property. During their stay, guests can also enjoy the amenities available at Windsor Island Resort, always subject to resort rules, availability, and any applicable fees or prior approval.

Location:
The home is conveniently located in Davenport, Florida, approximately 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Orlando, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, and 15 minutes from the outlet malls.

Optional extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pool heating is available for US$35 per day, with a minimum of three nights.

A barbecue grill is available for US$85 per stay.

Pets are allowed with prior approval, at a cost of US$50 per pet, with a maximum of three pets weighing up to 15 kg each.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
