The kitchen, dining, and living areas offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Step outside to enjoy beautiful walking paths and two nearby parks, all within a quiet and welcoming community.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire basement suite, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. The suite has its own separate entrance. To access it, follow the pathway along the right-hand side of the house, which leads to the back of the property and the private entrance to the basement suite.

Other things to note
Please note that there is no dishwasher in the suite. The hosts live upstairs and are available if assistance is needed. Ample street parking is available in front of the house.

To keep the space comfortable and peaceful for everyone, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and parties or events are not allowed.
