Welcome to "Majestic" — this stunning 3-bedroom upper suite has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The primary bedroom features a cozy king bed and TV, ideal for unwinding after a busy day, and both guest bedrooms have queen beds, providing ample space for all. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the spacious living room offers plenty of seating. Just 10 minutes from YYC Airport, Majestic is the perfect home base for your stay.

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with a keypad/smart lock — your entry code is sent by message before arrival. Free street parking is available right outside.

THINGS TO NOTE
Majestic is the upper suite of a two-suite duplex, with "Jade" directly below. Quiet hours (10 PM) are enforced for guests in both suites, but as with any shared-building layout, some sound may occasionally carry between floors.

We want your stay to be comfortable for everyone — including the neighbours! Here's what you need to know:

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Not guaranteed, but available on request subject to availability:
Early check-in 1 PM ($63) · 2 PM ($52.50) · 3 PM ($31.50).
Late check-out 12 PM ($31.50) · 1 PM ($52.50) · 2 PM ($63).

PETS
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 per pet, per stay applies and is disclosed and charged directly at booking — no separate app, no surprise charges.

NOISE & CONDUCT
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and events are not permitted. Noise disturbances may result in a $250 fine and/or early checkout. Smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted indoors; smoking outside is fine.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
An optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay is available, covering accidental damage during your stay. Entirely optional, never required to book.

TRANSPARENCY & FEES
All applicable fees are disclosed upfront. There are no surprise charges added after your reservation is confirmed.

VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN
Valid government ID required. Primary guest must be 21 or older.
