Four Roku TVs are provided throughout the home, one in the game room and one in each of the three upstairs bedrooms. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts to enjoy their favorite shows and movies.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing family meals, snacks, and morning coffee. The open layout connects with the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to gather.

🚗 Parking

Free parking is available in the driveway for approximately 3–4 vehicles, plus street parking. Please keep vehicles off the grass.

Enjoy central A/C and heating, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer for a comfortable stay.



📹 Security Cameras

For safety and security, exterior cameras are located at the front entrance and in the backyard. There are no interior cameras.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the hot tub, game room, indoor slide, outdoor movie theater, fire pit, fenced backyard, kitchen, living areas, and all guest bedrooms and bathrooms.

The only exceptions are locked owner/storage areas, which are not accessible to guests.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES



Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.



Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible at a charge.

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



House Occupancy/Party/Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

Only the number of guests permitted on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized or additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. If you plan to have visitors, please contact us for approval. Any unauthorized or additional guests will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). The applicable per-pet fee must be paid for each approved pet. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.

Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.



Parking

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Hot Tub Rules

Children must be supervised at all times.

The Hot Tub may be closed during certain weather conditions.

No glass or food, in or near the hot tub.

No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Keep Hot Tub cover secured after use.

⚠️ Our Hot Tub technician services the hot tub every week to ensure they remain clean, safe, and ready for guest use. He will access the area without approval!



Indoor Slide

Use the slide with care and at your own risk. MyTripify and the property owner are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use of the indoor slide.



Outdoor Movie Theater / Projector

Please use the outdoor movie equipment with care and return all equipment to its designated storage location after use.

The projector must be brought back inside after each use and must not be left outdoors or exposed to weather.

Do not leave the projector unattended outside, and please do not move or modify any cords, connections, or equipment unnecessarily. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or failure to properly store the equipment.



Game Room & Outdoor Games

Please use all game room and outdoor game equipment with care and respect. Do not climb on, stand on, or misuse gaming equipment, arcade machines, furniture, or recreational equipment.

Please return games, equipment, paddles, balls, and other accessories to their proper place after use. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.



Sewage / Toilet Use

Do not flush wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or any other items down the toilets. All toilet paper and other waste must be disposed of in the trash cans. Guests are responsible for damages or service calls resulting from improper disposal or misuse of the plumbing system.
