Holiday home "Oléandre" is a comfortable vacation house with a shared swimming pool in the South of France, for guests aged 18 and above. The house is part of a domaine with five holiday homes. Arrival is possible on Wednesdays or Saturdays, with a minimum stay of six nights. Exceptions may be possible in consultation with the owner.



This spacious and cozy home (70 m2) is spread over two floors connected by stairs. The gîte is located in the guesthouse and accommodates up to three guests aged 18 or older, despite having two bedrooms. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the terrace.



On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, toilet, and French doors leading to your private terrace. The kitchen includes four induction hobs, a large oven, toaster, dishwasher, your choice of coffee maker or Senseo, kettle, and a large fridge with freezer compartment. Kitchen towels, tea towel, new dishcloth and sponge, kitchen roll, bin bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, two hand soap pumps, pepper, salt, and coffee filters are provided. The terrace is equipped with comfortable chairs, dining table, parasol, fan, and barbecue.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a sink, shower, and toilet. The house offers beautiful views of the shared pool and surrounding mountains. The four single beds are two meters long, high quality, and have duvets. Beds are made up for you as a double or as two singles, according to your preference. Bath towels, bath mat, and toilet paper are ready in the bathroom. The gîte can be heated with electric heaters.



You can watch TV with your own apps via Google Chromecast on a large screen and listen to music with the Bluetooth speaker. WiFi is, of course, available.
