All five TVs throughout the home are smart TVs with Amazon Prime Video available, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach.



A second living area on the first floor includes another queen-size sleeper chest, giving larger groups additional flexibility.



The home also features a balcony with outdoor seating, plus a gazebo with benches directly in front of the property — a great spot to sit with your morning coffee or gather with family and friends in the evening.

The attached garage can accommodate two small vehicles. Larger vehicles may only fit one vehicle comfortably.



Additional outside parking and free street parking may be available nearby. Street parking is not managed by Oceans Edge Vacations, and availability or legality cannot be guaranteed. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking regulations and restrictions.

🏊 COMMUNITY POOL



The outdoor community pool is located within the Lighthouse Bay Condominium complex.



Pool hours: 9 AM – 9 PM



Please note that the pool is managed by the condominium association, not the host. Pool access is seasonal and not guaranteed, as closures may occur due to maintenance, repairs, weather, or the association's seasonal schedule. The typical pool season runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day.



Important: The pool is scheduled to close for the season beginning September 14.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer.



Guests also have access to the attached two-car garage, beach chairs, beach wagon, and family-friendly games and beach items.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the community outdoor pool located within the Lighthouse Bay Condominium complex during the pool season and posted operating hours.



A gazebo with benches is located directly in front of the property and is available for guests to enjoy.



Please note that the community pool and any common areas are managed by the condominium association and are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, and community rules.
