The living room has a 77" OLED Smart TV with all three bedrooms featuring Smart TVs, giving everyone plenty of options for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Sandestin.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. A sliding glass door provides convenient access directly to the fenced backyard.

The first guest bedroom also features a king bed and shares the hallway bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a desk, and access to the same shared hallway bathroom.

Gather around the dining table with seating for six, or open the sliding doors from the dining room and step into the private fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes a comfortable patio conversation set, creating a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a Keurig Duo coffee maker, giving guests the option of brewing a full pot or individual K-Cups. A private, full-size washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.

6-Passenger Golf Cart Included
One of the best features of Hummingbird Cottage is the 6-passenger golf cart included with your rental, making it easy to explore the Sandestin community, head toward the beach, or enjoy nearby dining and entertainment.
A signed golf cart waiver and proof of active automobile insurance are required within 30 days of the renter's check-in datein order to use the golf cart.

Hummingbird Cottage welcomes up to 2 dogs with prior approval. A signed pet addendum and applicable pet fee per dog are required.

Starter Supplies Provided
To help make your arrival a little easier, we provide a starter supply of household essentials, including:
* Coffee for approximately 2 pots
* 3–4 Keurig pods
* 3–4 packets of creamer and sugar
* 3–4 coffee filters
* 1 roll of paper towels
* Full box of trash bags
* 5 oz. bottle of Dawn dish soap
* 3–4 dishwasher pods
* 5 oz. bottle of Tide laundry detergent
These items are intended as a starter supply, and guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay.

Our team works hard to make sure the home is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your arrival so you can spend less time worrying about the details and more time enjoying your vacation.

🏡 House Rules for Hummingbird Cottage
- Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests at all times; babies, infants, and children are included in the occupancy limit.
- Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+, occupy the property for the entire stay, and children are welcome with their parents.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.
- Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated.
- No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios.
- Pets: 2 Max Dogs allowed. Pet agreement and charge does apply.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules.
- Parties/Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
- HOA/Community Rules: Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable property, HOA, and community rules.
