Welcome to West of Eden - East, a spacious Gulf-front retreat in Perdido Key designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, accommodations for up to 18 guests, multiple balconies, direct beach access, a heated pool and spa, and beautiful Gulf views, this home makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your time at the beach.

West of Eden is a large Gulf-front property divided into an East Side and West Side. This listing is specifically for the East Side. When the two sides are rented separately, the pool, spa, beach boardwalk, and select outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying on the West Side. For larger groups, both sides may be rented together to create the full 12-bedroom West of Eden property.

**POOL AND SPA**

Enjoy the Gulf-front pool and spa throughout your stay.

Pool heating is available seasonally from March 1 through November 30.

When the East and West sides are rented separately, the pool, spa, and select outdoor spaces are shared between guests staying on both sides of the property. When both sides are rented together, the pool and spa are private to your group.

**THE HOME**

The main living area is open, bright, and comfortable, with large windows, coastal touches, and beautiful Gulf views. The open layout gives everyone plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach, whether you are cooking dinner, playing games, watching a movie, or simply relaxing together.

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and TWO refrigerators, making it especially convenient for larger groups. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking dinner for the whole family, you will have the space and essentials you need.

**FIRST FLOOR**

The first floor serves as the main gathering level of the home and includes:

• 1 King bedroom with a private full bathroom
• Open living area
• Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators
• Dining area
• Gulf-front balcony
• Laundry area

This level keeps the kitchen, dining, living space, and Gulf views together, making it easy for everyone to spend time as a group.

**SECOND FLOOR**

The second floor offers additional privacy away from the main living area and includes:

• 3 King bedrooms
• Each King bedroom has its own private bathroom

This level is especially nice for couples or guests who prefer a little more privacy during their stay.

**THIRD FLOOR**

The third floor provides additional sleeping space and is a great setup for families traveling with children or teens.

Bedroom 1:
• 1 King bed
• 2 Twin beds

Bedroom 2:
• 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed
• 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk bed
• 1 additional Twin bed

The two sleeping areas share a connecting bathroom.

The upper level gives younger guests a fun space of their own while keeping them close to the rest of the group.

**BEACH AND OUTDOOR LIVING**

Step out of the backyard and follow the walkway directly onto Perdido Key’s beautiful white-sand beach.

Guests have access to:

• Beach boardwalk leading directly to the Gulf
• Gulf-front pool and spa
• Outdoor grilling areas
• Picnic areas
• Gulf-front swing
• Multiple balconies with Gulf views
• Beach towels provided for your stay

Spend the morning on the sand, cool off in the pool, grill dinner outside, or relax on one of the balconies while taking in the Gulf views.

**EXTRA TOUCHES FOR YOUR STAY**

We want arrival day to feel easy, so the home includes several thoughtful extras to help you settle in right away.

Bathrooms include:

• Soft cotton towels
• Dedicated makeup towels
• Paraben-free shampoo
• Conditioner
• Body wash
• Extra toilet paper

Bedrooms include:

• 300-thread-count satin stripe cotton sheets
• Sound machines in every bedroom

You will also find a basket of beach towels ready to grab on your way to the beach or pool.

The home is professionally prepared with fresh linens and bath towels before your arrival.

**STARTER SUPPLIES**

A starter supply of several household essentials is provided, including:

• Soap and bath products
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Dish detergent
• Laundry detergent

These items are intended to help get your vacation started. Depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, you may need to purchase additional supplies during your visit.

**GUEST ACCESS**

Guests have private access to the entire East Side of West of Eden, including all six bedrooms, five bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, laundry area, and balconies.

Guests also have access to the beach boardwalk, pool, spa, grilling areas, and designated outdoor spaces.

Please remember that when West of Eden East and West are rented separately, the pool, spa, and some exterior amenities are shared between guests staying on both sides of the property.

**PARKING**

On-site parking is available for up to 9 vehicles and a boat trailer.
