The community features its own Encore Aqua Park, dining options like Finns Restaurant, The Bis Grill, the Shark Lounge, Nico's Pizza Delivery and the Encore Coffee House, plus sports courts, a fitness center, arcade games, bike rentals and an East Side Amenity Center with a splash pad and playground.

The community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in. Overflow parking is not permitted.

Damage Waiver (Optional)

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

🎉 No Parties or Large Gatherings — $150 fine; eviction possible with no refund.

📷 Outdoor cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house. No indoor cameras are installed.

🔇 An interior sound sensor tracks noise levels for community quiet hours — no audio is ever recorded.
